Comparing Publishing On Demand Vendors

I'm a new author, and will be publishing my first book in a few months. I'm currently evaluating publishing on demand options from vendors such as XLibris, Unlimited Publishing, Universal Publishing (uPublish) and iUniverse.

Any specific comments on these or other POD vendors will be greatly appreciated. Also, please let me know if you know of any sites with comparison information.
